Our Roasted Shizuoka Hōjicha marks a milestone for us as a matcha café.
Like Hōjicha itself, our story was redirected toward a greater purpose. From a studio café to a matcha café — it took patience, persistence, and faith to get here.

Hōjicha is much the same. It takes time to be transformed. Through careful roasting and evolution, its true character emerges — warm, grounded, and full of depth.

This is the exact hojicha we use at the cafe. Now, we’re sharing it with you—so you can enjoy the same earthy and nutty experience.
